Problem: How to upgrade Job Services from 5.0 to 6.0.
Problem: Error: “Job Services failed to start.  Job Service expected version is 5.0.”
Fix:

NOTE:  Job Services does not automatically upgrade from 5.0 to 6.0 like the Project Management and Methodology Management modules.



  1. Uninstall Job Services from the server.
     
    NOTE:  The Add/Remove Programs list may refer to it (and other P5 modules) as “Primavera 5.0″.
     

  2. Install Job Services.
