Problem: You need an E-mail address assigned in order to use this feature


Cause: The E-mail feature in P6 Web allows users to E-mail the details of a particular activity.  The activity that is selected (highlighted) in the activity table will appear in the outgoing message.


Fix: An E-mail address must be assigned to your user login in order to E-mail an activity from P6 Web.


1.  Log into the Project Management Desktop Client as an Admin Superuser.

2.  Go to Admin, Users, and select the appropriate user login.

3.  Click on the Contact tab and enter an E-mail address.

4.  Click Close.
