Problem: Submittal report (r_sb_05) contains unused fields
Problem: Submittal report (r_sb_05) contains the following unused fields:  sbpk_date_received, sbpk_date_sent, sbpk_date_returned, and sbpk_date_forwarded
Cause: The four extra date fields (sbpk_date_received, sbpk_date_sent, sbpk_date_returned, and sbpk_date_forwarded) are legacy fields that existed in Submittal Packages in version 7.5 and prior.  Contract Manager no longer uses these fields.  They have been retained on the report for the purpose of reporting on legacy data.  No new data can be added to these fields via Contract Manager.
Fix:

These fields can be removed from the report using InfoMaker.  Right-click on the field and choose Delete.
Fix: Download the appropriate R_SUBMTL.PBL file, based on your database platform.  The PBL file contains only the updated r_sb_05 report with the fields removed.  Use InfoMaker to copy the updated r_sb_05 report into the correct R_SUBMTL.PBL.

Note: Copying r_sb_05 into another PBL will overwrite the existing report of the same name.
