| Problem: | Activity Duration changes drastically after Leveling Resources. |
| Cause: | Activity Calendar is different than Resource Calendar, and there is Over Allocation causing the Activity to get pushed out. |
| Fix: | Make the Activity Calendar = the Resource Calendar. |
| Fix: | Another option is to check the Leveling option ‘Level Resources only within Activity Total Float’, but this will cause the Over Allocation to remain. To correct that, the Schedule will need to be updated (i.e. Change durations, change Relationships, add constraints, add more Resources, etc.) to compensate. |
