You must distribute the associated Contract/Purchase Order first.

Problem: When trying to add a Contract or Purchase Order in Contract Manager using a non-administrator account, the following message displays: You must distribute the associated Contract/Purchase Order first.

Note:  The Contract\PO is created without error when logged in as an administrator.
Cause: Project has no Administrator selected.
Fix:
  1. Log in as a Contract Manager Administrator.
     

  2. Right-click on the project and choose Project Administrator.


  3. Select a Project Administrator.
