Problem: Error when generating Requisitions with a large amount of Line Items
Problem: When attempting to generate a Requisition with a large amount of Line Items, the following error displays:

-3 ERROR: null; nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException
Cause: The initial release of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 had performance issues that were later resolved in Service Pack 2.
Fix:

Install Service Pack 2 of Microsoft SQL Server 2005.  The download site for Service Pack 2 depends on the edition being used.
