Cause: One or more group database(s)/schema(s) has a large number of projects. When a user with access to a large number projects logs into the system, a large amount of web server memory is utilized.
Fix: This known problem in Contract Management 13.0 is currently under review.
Fix: Workaround:

If possible, allocate more memory to Contract Management 13.0. The maximum amount of memory that can be allocated is 1536MB, but it is not recommended to allocate more than 1024MB or 1280MB. By default only 256MB are allocated.
