Multi-byte characters in filenames do not appear correctly in Attachments
Status: Reviewed
Version(s): 11.0, 11.1, 12.0, 12.1, 13.0

Fact: Database: Microsoft SQL Server
Problem: Multi-byte characters do not appear correctly in attachment filenames
Problem: Attachment filenames appear as question marks (???)
Cause: The Group and \ or Admin databases were not created with the unicode attribute
Fix: In order for attachment filenames, that contain multi-byte characters, to appear correctly, both the EXPADMIN and the group database must be created with the unicode attribute.
