Problem:
Unit Preferences ignored in P6 6.2 Web Dashboards.
Steps to Duplicate:
1.Set Preferences to display Time Units as hours, uncheck Show SubUnits and set Decimal places to zero.

2. On Dashboard set Portfolio to sample Project "LINCOLN HOSPITAL".
3. Customize Dashboard.
4. Under Project Performance add Project Statistics.
5. Click Customize and add column Actual Labor Units.
